to bring up the Recovery Screen...
- Turn off phone
- Press Power key + Camera Mode Key to power on the phone and bring up the recovery screen
- Press Volume Up + Camera Key to show the recovery menu.
- Use Volume Up/Down Key to highlight and Camera Mode Key to select
- Select Wipe data/factory reset
- Select Reboot Phone
