Here’s a little bit of Terms and Conditions to clarify certain doubts and how the transaction will be carried and closed.
1. The promised time starts after the payment is made by the customer and is cleared by the bank.
2. The sketch will not be a replica of the reference pic.
3. Changes may be made to the background, jewelry, dress and/or other components of the reference pic to enhance the subject.
4. Copyright of the artwork/sketch rests with the artist.
5. The artist can put watermarks on digital copy of the artwork/sketch.
6. Copyright permits the artist to use the digital copy of the artwork for the purpose of demonstrations and marketing in any media and form.
7. Copyright permits the artist to use the (re)prints of the digital copy of the artwork for the purpose of demonstrations and marketing in any media and form.
8. The artwork is not meant for abuse of any type.
9. The customer transacting with the website and artist, has read and agrees to all Terms and Conditions laid down on this website.
10. The Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer can be updated from time to time as deemed fit by the artist. The previous versions though will be archived, but the prevailing Terms and Conditions on the later date will only be applicable.
